Children sing with MFM

Our Programs

Today, we reach 10,000 students annually in elementary schools throughout Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.  MFM music education is sequential and in alignment with the California Content Standards for Music.  Weekly lessons are taught in 400 classrooms, and actively engage children in many facets of music such as singing, movement, theory, dance musical games, and use of rhythm instruments.  MFM has two different in-school program models, one taught by trained volunteers and the other by professional educators.

We work with school districts as well as individual schools to tailor the best solutions to the challenge of providing high quality, affordable music education for students.
